RestoreHotline is operated by DevRig LLC, Wyoming, USA (the controller). This is a plain-English summary; it will be expanded into the full policy before display advertising goes live.

Referral service, not a restoration company

RestoreHotline is a free referral service, not a restoration company. We connect homeowners with vetted, independent local restoration professionals. Calls are answered by a participating local pro — not by RestoreHotline. We may be paid a referral fee by the professionals we connect you with, at no cost to you.

Account-free & collect-and-forward

There are no accounts, no logins and no billing. When you submit a lead form or place a call, we collect your details and forward them to the matched local pro (or our lead-routing partner) so they can contact you — and we store nothing on RestoreHotline afterwards. There are no advertising cookies today; if display advertising launches, non-essential cookies will be gated behind a consent banner you must opt into (GDPR + UK PECR).

What is processed, and why

• Lead details (name, phone, ZIP, description, service) — forwarded to the matched local professional or our lead-routing partner so they can respond to your request. Not retained by RestoreHotline. Legal basis: your request / consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)–(b)).
• Call data — calls placed through our numbers are routed to a participating local pro and may be recorded by the routing platform for quality and routing. Calls may be recorded for quality and routing. In two-party-consent states, you will hear a recording disclosure when connected.
• Transient request data (e.g. IP address) — processed by our CDN to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

Who receives your data

The independent local restoration professional we match you with (or the lead/call-routing network that connects you), so they can contact you about your request. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors

Cloudflare (edge/CDN and the stateless lead-forwarding function) and our call-routing / lead network (connects your call or forwards your form to a local pro). This list is specific to RestoreHotline and will be kept current.

Your rights & contact

You have the usual GDPR / UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy rights (access, deletion, objection, etc.). Because we store nothing after forwarding, deletion requests are mainly directed to the professional or network that received your details. Contact privacy@restorehotline.com.
