RestoreHotline is a free referral service — think of it like Angi or Thumbtack for property-damage restoration. We are not a restoration company and we do not answer the call or do the work. We connect you with vetted, independent local pros.

Three steps

  1. Tell us what happened. Call or submit a quick request describing the damage — water, fire, mold, sewage, storm, or a repair/waterproofing job — and your ZIP code.
  2. We connect you with a local pro. RestoreHotline routes you to a vetted, independent restoration professional who serves your area. We do not perform any restoration ourselves.
  3. The local pro responds directly. The pro contacts you to assess the job — emergencies first. The on-site work, pricing and any insurance coordination are between you and that professional.

What it costs you

Nothing. Connecting through RestoreHotline is always free to homeowners. We may be paid a referral fee by the professionals we connect you with, at no cost to you.

Calls & recording

Calls placed through our numbers may be recorded for quality and routing. In two-party-consent states you will hear a recording disclosure when you are connected.
